This is just sad. It's stories like this that make me think maybe, just maybe, we need to institute a sanity test before you are allowed to procreate.

Before reading this, I have felt the need to take an intelligence test before being allowed to procreate... Idiocracy gives the reason why in the first 5 minutes of the movie. Also, as Dave put it, these people would undergo surgery to never be able to procreate under my plan. This way, Darwinism takes full force toward evolving the human race... versus the devolution we are currently undergoing right now.
