They look exactly like the Masked Vigilantes from the Watchmen comic... Do you think the mask-ban will come through anytime, or will the Watchmen... I mean Allegiance of Heroes... be allowed to roam?
I'm on vacation with the 'rents in San Antonio and I definitely saw a "superhero" purusing Riverwalk yesterday. Luckily, all the cantinas and trinket shops are safe and no back-up was needed.
